How to Collaborate with Other Data Providers Through our Portal

  1. Reach out to your assigned customer success manager to inquire about accessible data collaborations and the associated legal obligations.

  2. If you've previously onboarded your source data audience, log in to the digitalAudience Portal and choose this audience. If you haven't onboarded audiences using our Portal before, please follow our provided our instructions.

  1. Click Collaborate.

  1. A pop-up window emerges, prompting you to choose both the partner and their corresponding audience with which you wish to collaborate. Additionally, you need to specify a name for the resulting audience.

Your audience must be in a "ready" status before you can proceed with collaboration.

6.Once you've chosen the audience, the collaboration audience name is promptly appended (1), formed by combining your audience and your partner's audience names. By default, the resultant collaboration audience is expanded using the digitalAudience ID graph (2). The initial outcomes of this collaboration are exhibited beneath the checkbox (3). The digitalAudience ID graph provides a 15-40% boost in match rate.

  1. 7.1 If you prefer not to include the digitalAudience ID graph, simply deselect the checkbox.

  1. Click Collaborate.

  1. Navigate to the Collaborations tab within your audience to view the resulting collaboration audience.

  1. Upon clicking this collaboration audience, you will be directed to the collaboration audience details. Here, you can modify the collaboration audience name (1), review your onboarded audience (2), and proceed to either push this collaboration audience to your data partner or activate it on a platform of your choosing (3).

10.1 Alternatively, you can access the collaboration audience details by selecting the "Collaborations" menu in the left-hand navigation and clicking on the relevant audience from the list.

  1. Click Activate.

The activation collaboration popup window will appear, offering you the option to reuse the existing destination segment if this collaboration was previously activated and you wish to update it due to your data provider's audience refresh (1). You can also provide a description for your collaboration segment (2) and designate a destination for it (3). This destination could be your data provider or any of the platforms on which you intend to execute your campaign.

  1. Choose your preferred destination and then click Activate.

14.Your collaboration audience has been sent to your desired destination.

  1. Click "OK" to close the confirmation window, then proceed to the "Segments" menu within the collaboration audience details. Here, you can observe the ongoing processing of the collaboration segment.

Congratulations! You have successfully created and activated your first collaboration audience.
